20 Ways to Improve Business Performance
The emphasis on this course is on practical ideas rather than theoretical study.
We aim to allow participants to review many aspects of business from business strategies, pricing, staff incentivisation, PR, marketing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators. The course will be highly interactive with plenty of scope to try out the ideas and help you identify opportunities and solutions for improvements within your sphere of business.

The course is aimed at anyone in a position to influence, implement or drive change. It is also relevant for anyone giving business advice.

Course Director
Heather Williams BSc FCA CTA MBA MA
Heather is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW) and a member of the Institute of Taxation.
At two of the 'big four' accountancy firms she specialised in taxation with a particular focus on entrepreneurs. After qualifying with a distinction in her MBA, Heather was employed by Lush as a main board Director. She was responsible for the team who returned a profit for the UK retail business within two years.
Heather created her list of 20 strategies for business improvement using her experience of success. She has a passionate focus for her work, and brings this enthusiasm and experience to participants on this course. She is currently drafting a book entitled 20 Ways to Improve your Business.
When, where and how to book
This course runs over ten Thursdays from 5.00pm - 8.00pm on 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th November 2010; 2nd December 2010; 13th, 20th, 27th January 2011 and 3rd, 10th February 2011.
