Who is it for?

The Green Knowledge Economy event will benefit any commercial or not–for profit organisation that is interested in looking at environmental issues, and who may be able to take advantage of BU students working with their organisation on short, real time projects.

Overview

This event will introduce you to the latest thinking in local and regional Green Knowledge Economy initiatives. Chaired by Russel Jamieson of BT and Fellow of the Association for Project Management, and Gwyn Jones, founder of the Association of Sustainability Practitioners, this topical event is an opportunity to make your organisation more economically viable by adopting sustainable business solutions.

  • 1.30pm – 2.00pm Registration.
  • 2.00pm – 2.15pm Welcome and introductions.
  • 2.15pm – 2.40pm Business Futures.
  • 2.40pm – 2.45pm Launch of Association for Project Management University Project Challenge 2011.
  • 2.45pm – 2.50pm Launch of the LV= BU Project Challenge 2011.
  • 2.50pm – 4.00pm Presentations 1) Project Management 2) Sustainable business.
  • 4.00pm – 5.30pm Networking and Refreshments.
